The DIPRO VridgeR (VridgeR) identifies product viability and manufacturing issues at the early stages of the development process and contributes to the improvement of design quality and shortening of the development period.
For example, a design review can significantly reduce the number of physical prototypes by efficiently performing interference checks on the full assembly. In addition, in the estimation and examination of parts, the shape characteristics inherited from CAD and PMI are read out, and problems in manufacturing are visualized to reduce the mold modification cost.
By connecting 3D and 'Manufacturing' in this way, VridgeR will innovate the engineering process.
