FJVPS feature : Creating manufacturing documents

FJVPS automatically generates still images (snapshots) for each operation in the FJVPS assembly flow and outputs them for various manufacturing documents. A template Excel file containing Macro programs capable of generating documents from the output data is provided. Users can modify this to their company's format and use it to create various documents. Because documents are generated from the manufacturing information aggregated in FJVPS, the man-hours and errors associated with transferring information between manufacturing documents are reduced. Since regeneration is possible even if FJVPS data is modified or changes are made to the design CAD data, document editing time can be significantly reduced, and transcription errors can be prevented.
