Overview

FJGP4D feature : Import FJVPS data to FJGP4D

By importing the items examined in FJVPS into FJGP4D and utilizing them, it is possible to perform highly accurate simulations from assemblability evaluation to process evaluation. By importing the net effort/work sequence/process organization of product assembly defined in FJVPS, and adding 3D models of the equipment and non-value-added work such as walking, virtual production line verification is possible in a short time.

To shorten simulation data creation time by using information defined in FJVPS in FJGP4D.
A library of equipment layouts and machine operations enables the automatic generation of 3D models of production lines when FJVPS data is imported.
Design change information reflected in FJVPS can also be reflected in FJGP4D data.
