FJGP4D feature : Productivity Study

When the layout of the production line, the arrangement of workers, the type of work, and the walking route are determined and the simulation is executed, the process balance table and the work combination table are created automatically. The evaluation table displays the results of the numerical evaluation of productivity and workability, so that you can quantitatively understand the breakdown of work in each process.

Examples of Evaluation Considerations

• The efficiency of the production line is 86.6% and the net ratio is 67%, so there is a possibility to reduce walking and labor saving.
• The overall net ratio is not good (54%). There is a high rate of walking, so there is a possibility of increasing the net ratio by changing the layout.
• The load evaluation of the working posture is poor, and it is possible that the fatigue is easy in actual work.
