Modeling / Layout

FJGP4 provides over hundreds of general-purpose elements libraries, such as parts shelves and workbenches, so that 3D production lines close to actual production lines can be reproduced without 3D CAD. The elements in the library are freely resizable, making it easy to create the desired equipment shape. You can also combine basic geometric elements for simplified modeling.

• 3D layout can be studied without 3D CAD (polygon data output from 3D CAD can also be imported).
• Only input of "2D Layout" and use of "Elements Library" can examine the layout of the production line.
• It is also possible to calculate production line area and area efficiency.

Modeling / Operation sequence

Set up the movement of the worker model with just a mouse operation without complex programming.
Simply drag and drop the parts to be assembled or the worker's model, and the worker's actions such as "assembly" and "walk" are automatically set. In addition, it is possible to automatically generate Non-value-added work such as "taking" and "walking" following the movement of parts. Walk automatically calculates travel time and automatically follows layout changes.

• Define standard worker movements using only intuitive mouse actions.
• The walking time is automatically calculated, and the walking path automatically follows the layout change of the production line.
• Simple motion representation of robots and facilities is also possible.
