Process Designer offers management in connection with information such as Product (products), Process (processes and work contents), Resource (facilities and workers) and Plant (plant and production lines). (Refer to * Figure 1.) This application software is the upgraded version from the traditional software, called as Tecnomatix eM Planner (Process Planner).

For example, Process Designer, for a certain stage, enables you to storage and modify data for facility used, product to be assembled in the facility, assembling operation and work hours by using the tree structure schema.

A work process can be created by using a flow chart (Refer to * Figure 2.). In addition, Process Designer includes the functionality to analyze work load per worker. (Refer to * Figure 3.)

Information on each process (stage) produced by Process Designer is inherited to Process Simulate or ROBCADfor more detailed motion simulation.
